When will my order ship?


Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary as we ship from different distribution centers around the world depending on your location. Average delivery time is approximately 7-20 business days. Tracking numbers will be updated 3-7 days after your order ships.

How can I cancel my order?

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours after placing the order. The order is then processed and may be ready for shipment or has already been shipped. Once this goes into effect it is no longer in our hands. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we pride ourselves on prompt service and this includes getting your order shipped as quickly as possible.

What is your return policy?

If there is a problem with your order (defective product, wrong order, damage, etc.), please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product. We will be happy to assist you in reviewing your case and, if approved, will send you a replacement. Please do not return anything until you have reviewed the case. Our customer service team will review your request and send you further instructions. Baismora reserves the right to deny any return request.
